DIAS is available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Atlantic Time. DIAS is not available on Sundays or holidays. The ACOL Client Support Centre representatives are available Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM Atlantic Time. The following table summarizes availability by service.
