"I’ve forgotten my password."

Unfortunately, forgotten passwords are a common problem, particularly for users who do not access ACOL services for weeks or months at a time.

All users: If you forget your password, one of your account’s Contact (administrative) users can reset the password to a value that you can use to login. You will be prompted to change your password after you login.  If a Contact user is not available, or if you are the Prime Contact for your account, call the ACOL CSC for assistance.

Contact (administrative) users: You can help one of your account’s users login via ACS Change Another User’s Password.  When you change another user’s password, the user will be forced to change their password immediately after logging in.
