The Client Support Centre (CSC) is the single point of contact for ACOL customers, prospective clients and government information providers.
The toll-free number has been established to answer inquiries. These inquiries are managed by professionally-trained client support representatives dedicated to responding in an effective and efficient manner.
The CSC is available Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (AST), not including holidays.
