Access Procedures

Access to the Prince Edward Island Personal Property Registry (PPR) is provided electronically by ACOL.

This requires an ACOL account with PPR access privileges. To acquire an account, simply follow the ACOL Access Procedures.

Clients may access the PPR via two methods:

  • remote access – from your home or office using your personal computer; and
  • public access terminals located at the three court house registries in Prince Edward Island (registry staff are available for assistance and support, but are prohibited by legislation from entering or searching information in the system on behalf of the client).
Present ACOL clients who want access to the PEI PPR should contact the ACOL Client Support Centre and request:
  • the ACOL Addendum to Client Application (to be completed); and
  • the PEI PPR Product Description.
These forms are also part of the ACOL Information Kit and are available on this web site.

Once the Addendum has been completed and returned, access privileges will be granted.
