The Personal Property Registry (PPR) provides remote and convenient access to information about personal property security notices for more effective commercial and consumer protection.
This electronic territory-wide system came into effect on 7 May 2001, with the introduction of a new Personal Property Security Act, and the Lien Check Service was introduced on 14 February 2005.
