This describes standard hours of operation. Using the browser-based PPRS, regular access to the ACOL PPRS services is from Monday to Saturday, 3:15 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. (Atlantic) and Sunday 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 11:15 p.m. (Atlantic). This includes access to all of the following PPRS services:
The Lien Check Service provided by ACOL is not available only during system outages scheduled for: Monday to Saturday, 03:00-03:15 (15 minute outage); and Sunday, 00:00-12:00 (midnight to noon). This includes access to all of the following Lien Check services:
Regular access to the ACOL DIA services is from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Atlantic). This includes access to all of the following DIA services:
The ACOL Business Financial Office client representatives are available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Atlantic) for new client applications and any administrative changes clients require to maintain accounts. The ACOL Client Support Centre is open for your toll-free telephone inquiries from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Atlantic). Access to ACOL terminals in participating government offices is dependent on that government's office hours. Please contact the respective government for information on government office hours.
