ACOL Access Procedures

Clients can access ACOL directly from their home or office using a personal computer and the appropriate software once they have (1) established an ACOL account; and (2) selected service subscription(s). There are some services that do not require an ACOL account (e.g. see Access to Government Electronic Services).

To establish an ACOL account, please review the pertinent documents of the ACOL Information Kit that apply to all ACOL subscription services:

  • ACOL Client Application (to be completed)
  • ACOL Addendum to Client Application
  • ACOL Business Activity Codes
  • ACOL Terms and Conditions
  • ACOL Financial Agreement (to be completed)
  • ACOL Software License Agreement
  • ACOL Information Guide

Instructions for completing the necessary forms are also provided in the ACOL Information Kit. You can request a hardcopy version of the Information Kit from the Client Support Centre. Please specify the services that interest you.

To select service subscription(s), refer to the type of service that interests you for further information and direction.
